The Seben Brothers are an eight-piece Congolese Rumba/Soukous band who formed in Melbourne. Expect an eclectic mix of central African music from the 1960’s and 1970’s, along with new material that originates from Congo, Mozambique, and Kenya, the homeland of The Seben Brothers.

A recent graduate of the Victoria University Bachelor of Music, Paula blends some of the real book’s jazz classics with the expressive golden years of the 80s sax solo and modern soul. Accompanied by the dexterous bassist Oscar Rice and virtuoso guitarist Jacob Pearson, Paula’s trio of contemporary young musicians deliver a charismatic, sophisticated groove laden performance.
